The patriots at Pernod Ricard are back at it with their outpouring of support for our mission and our programs! This year marks the second year celebrating the start of summer and those who served through their Stars & Stripes program. Limited-edition bottles of their iconic Texas bourbon brand, TX Whiskey, are available at retailers and military bases in Texas and a portion of proceeds from each sale benefits Boot Campaign and our individualized programs.
Alongside the launch of the Stars & Stripes program, we were honored to have their HERO employee resource group (ERG) join us for our Military Appreciation Month fundraising and fitness efforts during the month of May! Their team encouraged friends, family and fellow coworkers to put in miles each day in honor of all who served, past and present, while raising funds for our programs supporting the most pressing needs of the veteran community.
To add to their outpouring of appreciation during the month of May, the team at TX Whiskey hosted a special event on Armed Forces Day (May 21), complete with a concert by King George, a George Strait Tribute band, with 100% of the ticket proceeds benefiting Boot Campaign.
