Health & Wellness Program

There are more than 45,000 Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) registered with the IRS. Only 4% work within the Health & Wellness category — and less than 1% spend a million dollars or more on that specific category.

Research has repeatedly shown that a stunning number of our nation’s veterans and active duty military struggle with significant concerns regarding their cognitive and mental health. Of the more than 250,000 veterans that will separate or retire from military service this year, it is estimated:

  • 1 in 3 experience or will experience symptoms of posttraumatic stress (PTS)
  • 1 in 5 have sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI)
  • 1 in 10 are addicted to substances

Our Health and Wellness program, built on the principles of providing holistic care and working to identify the root cause of hidden wounds of war, delivers personalized treatment plans to veterans and their families. Boot Campaign provides care to treat diverse health challenges connected to Posttraumatic Stress and/or Traumatic Brain Injury, as well as addressing trauma-based insomnia, chronic pain, substance abuse, nutrition and fitness. Boot Campaign serves veterans of any era and any branch and we are committed to making sure you get the help you deserve.

After determining each candidate’s needs, our team of experts creates a pipeline of care utilizing a holistic approach. Every individual’s plan is unique and curated to address the most immediate needs first.

The brain and body are connected and thus must be evaluated and treated together; our customized-care methodology fosters a culture of healing and lifelong habits that support whole person physical health, cognitive health and mental wellness.

An in-depth look is taken of each candidate’s body and brain, which may include blood work, nutrition analysis, cardiovascular screening, neuropsychological evaluation and the latest scientific technology such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).

Multidisciplinary and evidence-based healthcare providers diagnose and treat the root cause of invisible wounds of war, not just their symptoms, to produce quantifiable results.

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

“Thank you for breathing life back into our family. At the time Boot Campaign stepped in to help, it was on the verge of being too late. It is impossible to explain to anyone what it is like when the terrors of war terrorize your family. I want to thank Boot Campaign for devoting themselves to an unseen problem within our veterans. This problem is real; this problem is heartbreaking. Boot Campaign is changing that.” — Billy R. Spouse of Health & Wellness Candidate

“The Boot Campaign has without a doubt put me on a new trajectory in life. My wife and 3 daughters have a much better husband and father.” — ANONYMOUS

“This is a daily battle for our family, but we are moving in the right direction. Some days I cannot pull myself out of my spiral, but some days I can. With PTS, a bad day can turn into a bad week or month in the blink of an eye. Because of the Boot Campaign I have a fighting chance to save everyday, but more importantly my life, marriage, and my relationship with my kids.” — Post-9/11 U.S. Air Force Veteran

At this time, responses may be delayed due to the increased need and rising demand for Boot Campaign’s individualized Health & Wellness Program.

The bottom line is YOU MATTER. Our team is working diligently to deliver the high-quality, individualized and life-improving program that we promise. Boot Campaign serves veterans of any era and any branch and we are committed to making sure you get the help you deserve.
