TV Fanatic Teams with The Boot Campaign to Send Sons of Anarchy Fans on a Ride
Santa Clarita, CA (PRWEB) May 03, 2012
TV Fanatic and The Boot Campaign are teaming up to send motorcycle enthusiasts down the Sunset Strip – and to send many donations to a great cause.
On August 26, The Boot Campaign will sponsor its second annual Boot Ride, teaming with cast members Kim Coates and Theo Rossi from FX’s Sons of Anarchy for a spin that starts at the Route 66 Classic Grill in Canyon Country and ends at The Happy Ending Bar & Restaurant on Sunset Boulevard.
The Ride and subsequent rally – featuring the band Blackberry Smoke – will benefit The Boot Campaign’s U.S. military-based partner charities, all of which aid service members at home and abroad.
TV Fanatic, one of the Web’s leading destinations for television news and reviews, will be assisting this cause by promoting both The Boot Campaign and The Boot Ride across its website and its social media platforms. To date, including a similar partnership between the organizations last year, TV Fanatic has helped sign up over 10,000 people for The Boot Campaign Mailing List, increasing the organization’s reach in the process.
“We can’t think of a more important cause with which to be involved,” said Eric Hochberger, Co-Founder of TV Fanatic. “The Boot Campaign motto of ‘When They Come Back, We Give Back,’ aligns with everything we believe about our men and women in the military.”
Says Sherri Reuland, The Boot Campaign Executive Director: “The Boot Girls could not be more grateful of TV Fanatic’s continuing support of The Boot Campaign’s partnership with the cast from FX’s Sons of Anarchy. Through continuous coverage of events and contests, TV Fanatic is spreading awareness of our campaign’s mission to show gratitude to the troops, raise awareness of their needs and support their transition home to thousands of Americans.”
Those interested in winning two VIP tickets to The Boot Ride and Rally should take part now in the TV Fanatic giveaway. It ends on May 14.
