NASCAR Champion Brad Keselowski Joins Boot Campaign

Newly Released “Boot Photo” Displays Keselowski’s Expression of Patriotism and Gratitude for Troops through National Nonprofit, The Boot Campaign

Austin, TX (September 9, 2013) — 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion and Checkered Flag Foundation President, Brad Keselowski is finding a new way to express his gratitude for those who serve—he’s now laced up a pair of combat boots with the Boot Campaign! Keselowski joins an all star group of more than 350 athletes, musicians, actors and other news makers who are lacing up boots to express their patriotism.

Keselowski has said: “I am a firm believer in showing someone my appreciation for his or her sacrifices and the Race to Recovery program allows me to do that. I feel like life is about balance– —I couldn’t do what I do on the racetrack without these men and women making the sacrifices they do for me. It means a lot for me to have the opportunity to bring them out and show them a good time the best way I know how.” 

The Boot Campaign and Brad Keselowski first partnered in August 2013 through Keselowski’s Checkered Flag Foundation “RACE 2 RECOVERY” and Boot Campaign’s “Faces of our Freedom” program.  Together, we offered a VIP Racing Experience August 23-25, 2013 at the Bristol International Speedway capped off with a RACE-SPEED ride along in a racecar with Brad Keselowski.  Learn more about Keselowski at http://bradracing.com
