Join Us in Carrying The Load
Boot Campaign’s Health and Wellness pipeline is constantly striving to help the military community battle invisible wounds of war: PTSD, insomnia, self-medication, chronic pain, and traumatic brain injury through individualized and comprehensive roadmaps of care. We are humbled to be able to partner with cutting edge providers across the country in order to provide, coordinate, and deliver care to our veterans.
However, the somber reality is that some of our nation’s heroes in the military community we serve, as well as the other community heroes in law enforcement and first responders, die in the line of duty. To celebrate their contributions and honor the sacrifices made by these fallen heroes this year, we ask that you join our team, staff, board members, volunteers and veteran ambassadors on Memorial Day.
How? You might ask.
Boot Campaign is proud to be a nonprofit partner selected by Carry the Load this year. Carry The Load began as a mission to restore the true meaning of Memorial Day via a 21-hour march in Dallas, Texas in 2011. Carry The Load now has Memorial Day marches and relays all across the US. These relays culminate in Dallas during a two-day Memorial Day flagship event: The Dallas Memorial March. The March provides individuals in our community and beyond an opportunity to honor our warriors and heroes, as well as the true meaning of Memorial Day.
As a nonprofit partner, we would be honored to have you join our Boot Campaign team. In doing so, you are showing support for our fallen heroes, honoring the true meaning of Memorial Day, and giving back to Boot Campaign. You can join us to walk in the march, donate, or both. As a non-profit partner, Boot Campaign will receive 100% of all donations for those who sign up for our team.
The event is held in Dallas at Reverchon Park. The two-day event features music, inspirational speeches, stories of fallen heroes, flag ceremonies and more. You do not have to walk or run to participate — we simply ask you to respect those who have given everything to protect and serve us all and join us in their honor.
The Event Begins:
Sunday, May 26, 12 pm

3505 Maple Ave Dallas TX 75219
The Event Ends:
