Teaming Up at the Invited Celebrity Classic Golf Tournament
On Saturday, April 22 our friends at Invited and Energy Transfer invited DFW-area veterans and members of our team to join in the action during The Invited Celebrity Classic Golf Tournament at Las Colinas Country Club!
As part of the weekend, Energy Transfer hosted a Military Appreciation Day with a hospitality tent exclusively for veterans and active duty military. They also invited several of our veteran ambassadors to walk the course with the pro and celebrity pairings. The “Military Zone,” off the 18th green, was a prime spot to watch Tony Romo, Mardy Fish, Larry the Cable Guy, John Smoltz, Brian McCann, Annika Sorenstam and Jeremy Roenick compete.
The teams at Invited and Energy Transfer banded together to show their support for the veterans and military families we serve by each donating $20,000 towards our mission.
