Austin, Texas (September 22, 2014) – Grammy Award-nominated, multi-platinum singer, songwriter, and guitarist Aaron Lewis to headline 4th Annual Boot Ride and Rally presented by Low T Center & HerKare is Sunday, November 2, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. This annual motorcycle ride and rally benefits the nonprofit, Boot Campaign, which is dedicated to cultivating awareness, promoting patriotism, and providing assistance to military, past and present, and their families. An hour-long motorcycle ride with cast members of FX’s Sons of Anarchy along with Aaron Lewis, will roll through the scenic Texas Hill Country and end at the iconic John T Floore Country Store where Aaron Lewis, Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown, and Taddy Porter will keep boots stomping all afternoon.
You may know Aaron as the unpretentious and introspective personality at the heart of Staind’s unique sound. With 13 million albums sold worldwide and four consecutive top-three debuts on Billboard’s Top 200, their single “It’s Been Awhile” remains the most-played rock song of the decade. In 2011, the Staind frontman formally arrived in the country world with the release of his debut EP, Town Line. Highlighted by the success of gold-selling single “Country Boy” featuring the legendary George Jones and Charlie Daniels, the seven-song EP reached #1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and #7 on the Billboard Top 200 upon release. After a whirlwind year, Aaron began working on what would become The Road in the fall of 2011.Aaron came full circle and returned to the music he grew up on with his first full-length solo country album, The Road. Like Town Line, the album was well-received by both critics and fans. Aaron is currently direct support to Brantley Gilbert on the ‘Let It Ride’ tour.
