Happy Holidays from Boot Campaign!
As we dwindle down to the last days of 2013, looking back at all Boot Campaign has accomplished over this past year is something we can all smile about as Auld Lang Syne rings in the New Year.
My first-hand experience with the Boot Campaign Back Yard Makeover is something I’ll never forget–as we gave a Veteran and his family a grassy haven to enjoy and make memories with his wife and children–but that was merely one of the ways we raised awareness, patriotism and help support the various Boot Campaign initiatives that honor and assist our military.
So many hands and hearts play a part in all that Boot Campaign accomplishes for our veterans. Tremendous gratitude goes out to each one of you, but to fully understand how grateful we are for you, more than saying “thank you,” perhaps seeing a few of the personal sentiments sent to us will put in perspective the magnitude of the lives we have touched. The Boot Girls have shared notes of thanks that I’d like to share with you…
