The PUSH Challenge is part of the second annual Emerald Coast Holistic Health Expo, which takes place March 11-12 at the Emerald Coast Convention Center and Ross Marler Park. Teams or individuals can sign up for the PUSH Relay, at the Ross Marler Park on Saturday and Sunday, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., or individuals can choose the Yoga Pose PUSH, the Pilates Mat PUSH or the PUSH-Up Challenge, taking place at the Ross Marler Park on Saturday and Sunday, between 8:30 a.m. and noon.
